How do crowd levels work?

People at a venue report how busy it is: empty, light, moderate, busy or packed. A venue's level comes from the last hour of reports, and reports from people who are actually there count more. When nobody has reported in the last hour, the app says so, and each venue's page shows how busy it usually gets by the hour.

Does gud w it track my location?

No. It only reads your location when you send a report, once, to check whether you're at that venue. It keeps the answer (there or not) and never your location. You can say no to location and still report; your reports just count for less.

Who can see my reports?

Everyone on gud w it sees reports and comments, without your name or email.

Do I need an account?

Yes. Sign in with Apple, Google or an email address and password.

How old do I have to be?

13 or older, and under 18 only with a parent's or guardian's permission. Venues' own age limits still apply.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to You, then Account, then Delete my account. That deletes your account with your reports, comments and the events you marked.
